This item was a little bigger than I expected. I probably should’ve read the dimensions. I still think it will fit in the pocketbook. Also, you can only twist the opening one way so if you by accident go over by one, you have to twist up the complete other way.

Have used this for a week and it works great. It is a little annoying you can only turn it in one direction but I still love the whimsical design and it looks great on my desk. I always remember to take my meds now since it stands out so much.
