These pens are way more fun than you'd think, a great fidget pen while taking notes. The hat spins up and down when you tip the pen, but doesn't fall off, there's a little blocking bit on each side. Tip, spin, tip, spin...Also, fantastic seller, he went out of his way to correct a minor problem with my order, and added a bonus gift on top! Thanks so much!
